The flesh is greenish in color, medium to coarse texture, crisp, very firm, juicy and with very pronounced sharp flavor and excellent aroma.

This variety provides medium large, rounded conical fruits weighing from 150 to 180 g. Epidermis has a basic pale yellow-green color, which is dotted with orange-red complementary coloring. The flesh is yellowish, crisp and firm and very juicy with fine structure. This apple is very aromaticand due to high sugar content and low acidity it has a sweet and mild flavor.

The flesh is nearly white in color, medium-fine texture, medium juicy, medium sour taste.Because of the more pronounced acid and lower sugar content, taste is less full and harmonious, and the aroma is moderately developed and unobtrusive. If not picked timely and stored properly, there is a possible problem with the transportand the fruit can soften up.
